Betalastro opened on Calle Resolana in 2009 with a straightforward ambition: to sell cars in Sevilla the way a good friend with mechanical knowledge would — telling you the truth about the vehicle, explaining the warranty in plain language, and never inflating a price to leave room for theatrical discounts. Fifteen years and more than 2,400 completed sales later, that ambition has not changed. The business is run by a team of eleven people who between them cover sales consulting, workshop inspection, finance administration, and after-sale support. Every member of the team has been trained to the same standard on our 120-point vehicle inspection protocol, so the quality of information you receive does not depend on which advisor happens to be free when you walk in. We serve private buyers across the Sevilla metropolitan area — from the Aljarafe corridor in the west to the towns of the Vega del Guadalquivir in the north — and we have built a reputation for dealing fairly with customers who came to us after disappointing experiences elsewhere.
How We Work — and Where We Have Limits
Our process is sequential by design. You come in or call, tell us what you are looking for and what your budget is, and an advisor listens before showing you anything. If we do not have the right vehicle in stock, we say so and explain when we expect suitable arrivals, rather than steering you toward the closest match whether or not it suits you. All vehicles in our used inventory carry a minimum twelve-month warranty registered in your name on the day of purchase. New vehicles carry the full manufacturer warranty, which we register on your behalf. We arrange financing through regulated Spanish lenders whose rates and terms are disclosed in full before any application is submitted. What Betalastro does not do: we do not source vehicles at auction without inspection, we do not offer short-term vehicle rental, and we do not guarantee finance approval — approval depends on the lender's independent credit assessment. Results on trade-in valuations vary with market conditions and the individual vehicle's history; we commit to transparency in how we reach the figure, not to a particular outcome. Our showroom in Sevilla is open Monday to Friday 09:00–19:00 and Saturday 10:00–14:00. Sunday is reserved for the team.
