When you bring your vehicle to our Calle Resolana forecourt, a qualified appraiser examines it against the same criteria our workshop uses for purchasing decisions — mileage authenticity, service history, bodywork condition, tyre life, and mechanical soundness. We cross-reference the result with current Spanish market data from three independent pricing sources. The written offer we present covers the vehicle's trade value clearly, without inflating a fictional list price to make the discount look generous. You are free to take the written offer away, compare it with private sale estimates or other dealers, and return within seven days to use it. No pressure, no countdown clock.

Do I need to buy a car from you to get a trade-in valuation?
No. We provide written valuations even if you are undecided about purchasing from us. We prefer to earn your business by giving you a fair number, not by making the valuation conditional.
What documents should I bring to the appraisal?
Bring the permiso de circulación (registration document), your DNI or NIE, the current ITV certificate, and any service history you have. The more complete the history, the stronger the valuation.
What if my car has outstanding finance on it?
We can still value and accept the vehicle. If there is a settlement figure owed to a finance company, we deduct that from the trade-in value and settle it on your behalf as part of the transaction.
Will minor scratches or dents significantly affect my offer?
Minor cosmetic imperfections are factored into the valuation but rarely change the figure dramatically. We use a standardised deduction table so the adjustment is proportionate and transparent, not arbitrary.
